Getting the Thickness Right
Outline thickness is the single setting that makes or breaks a sticker. Under 12px it vanishes; over 35px it crowds the logo. The 15–25px range is the sweet spot for most export sizes.

Choosing the Right Color
White is the classic sticker default, but context matters. Match the outline color to the surface the sticker lives on.
Nearly invisible — switch to a brand color or dark outline.
Maximum contrast — the classic die-cut look.
Matches your identity and works on both light and dark backgrounds.
Getting the Outline Right
Remove the background first
The outline traces the alpha (transparent) edge of your image. A white background creates a square sticker, not a die-cut shape. Run Background Remover first.
15–25px is the sweet spot
Under 12px the outline disappears on white backgrounds. Over 35px it starts eating into the logo detail. Most stickers live in the 15–25px range.
White isn't always right
White is the classic die-cut look, but a brand color or black outline often works better on dark backgrounds or busy feed visuals.
