3. User Accounts

4. Credits and Payments

Our service operates on a credit system. Free users receive a one-time allocation of 30 credits. We also offer one-time credit packs (e.g., 30 credits for €1.99) for users who prefer not to subscribe. Paid subscriptions provide monthly credit allocations that renew each billing cycle. Credits do not roll over between billing periods. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. You may not upload images that contain illegal content, infringe on intellectual property rights, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the images you upload and edit using our service. We do not claim ownership of your content. The service itself, including its design, features, and code, is the property of SC QWERTYBIT SRL and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
