Built for the way campaign work actually arrives

01

The asset always turns up in the wrong size

A partner sends one hero image. You need it as a LinkedIn cover, an Instagram square, a YouTube thumbnail, a 300x250 ad and a header on the landing page. Each of those is a different crop and a different safe area, and none of them is worth a round trip to a designer.

02

Campaign variants without redoing the work

Edits stay re-editable rather than baked into a flattened export. When the offer changes from 20 percent to 30, or the sub-brand colour shifts, you reopen the file and change the one thing - you do not rebuild eleven assets from scratch.

03

The exact hex from the brand guideline

Type the value, do not eyeball it. The colour picker reads exact hexes straight out of an uploaded logo, and colour replacement swaps one value for another across the whole image with a tolerance you control, so anti-aliased edges do not leave a halo of the old colour behind.

04

Dark mode, light mode, and the partner deck

A full-colour logo disappears on a dark ad unit and a white one vanishes on a light slide. Producing white, black and transparent variants of the same mark takes a couple of clicks each, and once you have them the placement question stops coming up.

05

Sits between the brief and the designer

This is not a replacement for the person who designed your identity. It is the thing that handles the twenty derivative jobs that would otherwise sit in their queue for three days - the resize, the recolour, the transparent cut-out, the extra size the media plan added this morning.

Things that catch marketing teams out

The logo has to exist in white

Half of all placements are dark - dark ad units, dark slides, dark email templates, video overlays. If the only file you have is the full-colour one, half your inventory is unusable.

Transparent PNG goes black on some platforms

Instagram fills transparency with black on profile pictures. Add a solid background colour before uploading rather than discovering it live.

Export from the original every time

Each export re-encodes the file. Deriving the ad unit from the already-exported thumbnail stacks compression twice and it shows on text edges.

Ask for the vector once

A single SVG or high-resolution master makes every future size free. Chasing it now saves the recurring scramble later.

How marketers use it

1

Upload the asset

Drop in the logo, product shot or campaign image you were handed. Editing and previewing are free and need no signup.

2

Pick the placement

Choose a platform preset - LinkedIn cover, Instagram post, YouTube thumbnail, ad unit - and the canvas sizes itself correctly.

3

Recolour or cut out

Swap a colour to the exact brand hex, or remove the background so the subject sits on your own layout.

4

Export the set

Download each placement at full resolution. A free account plus credits covers full-size exports; previews stay free.

What marketers reach for most

Paid social and display

The same creative rebuilt for every ad unit in the media plan, with the logo legible on both light and dark placements.

Sales and partner decks

Partner logos on a dark slide, screenshots cleaned up, and one colour treatment applied consistently across the deck.

Email and newsletters

Transparent PNG headers that sit on any background colour, sized so they do not blow out the email width on mobile.

Landing pages and blog headers

Cut-out product shots, correctly sized OG images, and the compressed exports that keep the page fast.

Or just ask

Describe the edit in your own words

Type what you want changed and the assistant does it on the canvas — useful when the edit is easier to say than to find.
