Facebook places stories in a row above the news feed, so a page story reaches followers before they scroll past anything else. A designed frame makes the most of that position.
Mind the interface
The page name and progress bar cover the top of the story and the reply field the bottom. Meta advises leaving about 14% of the height clear at each end, around 250px on a 1920px canvas.
