- What is a credit?
- One credit equals one high-quality export, from any of the 110+ tools — there is no separate price list per tool. Quick preview downloads (reduced-size, no watermark) are always free and don't use credits. Credits are only spent when you download a full-resolution, production-ready file — including a finished AI logo, an upscale or a background cutout, all of which are free to run and cost 1 credit to keep.
- Do credits work on every tool?
- Yes. One balance covers all 110+ tools — the full editor, every single-purpose mini tool and every AI feature. Nothing is locked to a particular plan or sold separately, so a €0.99 pack reaches exactly the same tools a Pro subscription does; the only difference is how many full-quality exports you can take. - What does AI image upscaling cost?
- Running an upscale is free — 25 a calendar month, and the full-quality result appears on screen before you decide anything. Keeping it costs 1 credit, the same as any other full-quality export, whatever size you picked; output is capped at 8 megapixels. On the Pro plan upscaling is included, up to 25 images per calendar month.
- Which AI features can I try before paying?
- Background removal, the AI Logo Maker and the AI image upscaler are all free to run — 30 background removals and 25 upscales a calendar month, plus unlimited logo attempts. You see the real, full-quality result on screen first, and a credit is spent only when you keep it. Object removal and AI image generation are charged when you run them, because those are the two most expensive models we call.
- What happens when I hit a monthly AI limit?
- The Pro plan includes AI features under a fair-use cap per calendar month — 100 background removals, 100 AI logos, 100 AI image generations, 25 AI upscales and 25 object removals. If you reach one, that tool pauses and tells you the date it resets, which is always the 1st. Every other tool, edit and export keeps working as normal. On the other plans the free-to-run allowances work the same way: 30 background removals and 25 upscales a calendar month.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- Not to start. Editing and preview downloads are free and need no signup at all. Creating an account is free too — no credit card, no signup form beyond your email — and you only need a payment method when you buy credits for full-quality exports, from €0.99 for 3.
- What's the difference between pay-as-you-go packs and plans?
- Pay-as-you-go packs never expire and never auto-renew — you buy credits once (Quick Task: 3 for €0.99, Multi-task Pack: 15 for €2.99, Project Pack: 50 for €6.99) and use them whenever. The Starter plan gives you 150 credits that refresh every month for €4.99 (unused ones don't roll over), better value if you edit images regularly.
- Is there an unlimited or yearly plan?
- Yes — the Pro plan is unlimited: €8.99/month, or €69/year (save 36%), with unlimited color edits, no credit counting, no top-ups and the premium templates in Create. The AI tools are included too, under a monthly fair-use cap. It's the best value if you edit regularly, and you can cancel anytime.
- Do unused credits roll over?
- One-time pack credits never expire — they stay in your account until you use them. Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not carry over.
- How long are my projects kept in the cloud?
- Editing without an account keeps nothing on our servers — your work stays in your browser. With a free account, projects you open in the editor are autosaved for 24 hours. Buy any credit pack and they are kept for 30 days. On any subscription they are kept for as long as you are subscribed, plus 30 days after you cancel so you have time to download anything you want. Each plan also has a project allowance; when you reach it your oldest project is replaced rather than your newest refused. Private to you — never shared, sold, or used for training — and you can switch autosave off in the editor at any time.
- Do credit packs save my Create projects to the cloud?
- No — saving Create projects to the cloud comes with a plan. A credit pack saves your work in the single-purpose tools and the editor for 30 days, which covers most of what people come back to. Create projects keep saving either way, but on a free or pack account they save to that browser only, so they stay on the device you made them on. Any plan, Starter included, saves every Create project to the cloud for as long as you are subscribed.
- Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from your account settings in one click — no emails, no forms, no waiting period. You keep access to your plan's credits until the end of the current billing period.
- Is there a money-back guarantee?
- Yes. All plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If ICC Images isn't the right fit, contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Payment is processed securely — we never store your card details.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
- Yes. You can switch plans at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
