What is a credit?

One credit equals one high-quality export. Quick preview downloads (reduced-size, no watermark) are always free and don't use credits. Credits are only spent when you download a full-resolution, production-ready file.

What does AI image upscaling cost?

Your first AI upscale ever costs 1 credit, whatever size you pick. After that the price follows the output size: 8 credits up to 4 megapixels and 16 credits up to 8 megapixels, shown on the button before you run anything. Downloading the result is free — the render is what you paid for. On the Unlimited plans upscaling is included, up to 25 images per calendar month.

What happens when I hit a monthly AI limit?

The Unlimited plans include AI features under a fair-use cap per calendar month — 100 AI logos and 25 AI upscales. If you reach one, that tool pauses and tells you the date it resets, which is always the 1st. Every other tool, edit and export keeps working as normal.

Do I need a credit card to start?

Not to start. Editing and preview downloads are free and need no signup at all. Creating an account is free too — no credit card, no signup form beyond your email — and you only need a payment method when you buy credits for full-quality exports, from €0.99 for 3.

What's the difference between one-time packs and monthly plans?

One-time packs never expire and never auto-renew — you buy credits once (3 for €0.99, 15 for €2.99 or 50 for €6.99) and use them whenever. The Pro plan gives you 150 credits that refresh every month for €4.99, better value if you edit images regularly.

Is there a yearly or unlimited plan?

Yes — the Unlimited plan is €8.99/month or €69/year (two months free) and gives you unlimited color edits with no credit counting and no top-ups. AI background and object removal are not available on the Unlimited plans. It's the best value if you edit regularly, and you can cancel anytime.

Do unused credits roll over?

One-time pack credits never expire — they stay in your account until you use them. Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not carry over.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account settings in one click — no emails, no forms, no waiting period. You keep access to your plan's credits until the end of the current billing period.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes. All plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If ICC Images isn't the right fit, contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Payment is processed securely — we never store your card details.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. You can switch plans at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
