What is a credit?

One credit equals one high-quality export. Quick preview downloads (low-resolution watermarked) are always free and don't use credits. Credits are only spent when you download a full-resolution, production-ready file.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. You get 5 free credits when you create an account — no credit card, no signup form beyond your email. You only need a payment method when you decide to buy more credits.

What's the difference between one-time packs and monthly plans?

One-time packs never expire and never auto-renew — you buy credits once and use them whenever. Monthly plans give you a larger batch of credits that refresh every month, better value if you edit images regularly.

Do unused credits roll over?

One-time pack credits never expire — they stay in your account until you use them. Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not carry over.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account settings in one click — no emails, no forms, no waiting period. You keep access to your plan's credits until the end of the current billing period.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes. All plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If ICC Images isn't the right fit, contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Payment is processed securely — we never store your card details.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. You can switch plans at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
