One credit equals one high-quality export. Quick preview downloads (low-resolution watermarked) are always free and don't use credits. Credits are only spent when you download a full-resolution, production-ready file.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You get 2 free credits when you create an account — no credit card, no signup form beyond your email. You only need a payment method when you decide to buy more credits.
What's the difference between one-time packs and monthly plans?
One-time packs never expire and never auto-renew — you buy credits once (15 for €2.99 or 50 for €6.99) and use them whenever. The Pro plan gives you 150 credits that refresh every month for €4.99, better value if you edit images regularly.
Is there a yearly or unlimited plan?
Yes — the Unlimited plan is €8.99/month or €69/year (two months free) and gives you unlimited color edits with no credit counting and no top-ups. AI background and object removal are not available on the Unlimited plans. It's the best value if you edit regularly, and you can cancel anytime.
Do unused credits roll over?
One-time pack credits never expire — they stay in your account until you use them. Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not carry over.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings in one click — no emails, no forms, no waiting period. You keep access to your plan's credits until the end of the current billing period.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. All plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If ICC Images isn't the right fit, contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
