Which Images Respond Well

Portrait under natural lightBest results

Portrait or lifestyle shot

Natural midtone correction — brightness first, then contrast. Keeps skin tones natural.

Silver watch product photo on whiteBest results

Product on plain backdrop

Flat studio lighting means consistent tones — sliders behave predictably across the whole image.

T-shirt on white backgroundGreat

Apparel or solid-fabric shot

Saturation +15–20 pops garment colors. Avoid Hue unless shifting the color entirely.

Ceramic mug product photoGreat

Matte product (ceramic, plastic)

Contrast pull sharpens the form. Saturation makes colors look intentional, not washed.

Hazy mountain landscapeWatch out

Overcast or hazy landscape

Contrast +25 and Saturation +20 help, but severe haze needs more than sliders can provide.

Brightness and hue shift all colors globally — your brand values will drift. Use Color Replacement instead.

Professional Color Correction, Without the Learning Curve

01

Drag four sliders. See changes live.

Upload your image and adjust brightness, contrast, saturation, and hue in real-time — no layers, no destructive edits. Reset any slider to zero and you're back to the original. Everything exports as a full-quality PNG or JPG, no account required.

02

Built for photos, not logos

Color Adjustment shifts every pixel's luminosity and hue proportionally. That works great for correcting photos, but it changes your specific brand colors in unpredictable ways. If you have a logo and know exactly which color to swap, use Color Replacement instead.

What Each Slider Actually Does

Brightness

Lifts or lowers the midtones. Start here when a shot is underexposed or blown out. Use before Contrast — setting contrast first on a mis-exposed image amplifies the problem.

Contrast

Pushes darks darker and lights lighter, stretching the tonal range. Makes flat, overcast shots look intentional. Too much clips shadows and highlights — watch the corners.

Saturation

−100 gives you greyscale. Above +50 colours start to oversaturate and look unnatural. A nudge of +15 to +25 is usually enough to make a dull product photo pop.

Hue

Rotates the entire color wheel in degrees. Almost never used for correction — it's a design tool (color theme shifts, inversion). Touch brightness, contrast, and saturation first. Hue is the last resort.

This has completely changed my workflow. I used to rebuild the same product colorways by hand every time the brand shifted — now it's one file I go back and re-edit.

The background removal is shockingly good. I've tried so many tools and this one actually handles hair and complex edges properly.
