How long does it take to get a reply?
We answer most messages within one business day. Replies go to the email address you put in the form, so double-check it before sending.
What should I include so you can help faster?
The email address on your account, what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and the browser you were using. If a specific image failed, say which tool you were using at the time.
Who do I contact about billing, refunds or deleting my account?
Use this page — write to hello@image-color-changer.com from the address you used to pay so we can find the purchase. Account deletion can also be done yourself from the editor's Settings panel.
